Plot: Efsun is a dedicated, principled dermatologist happily practicing medicine in a rural village in Gaziantep alongside her father. Her peaceful routine is shattered when Kaan, a handsome and arrogant cosmetic surgeon from Istanbul, unexpectedly arrives. Kaan informs her that her estranged mother—who abandoned her as a child to pursue fame and wealth—is on her deathbed and wishes to see her one last time. Upon reaching Istanbul, Efsun discovers she was tricked: her mother is alive, owns Turkey's top aesthetic clinic, and forces Efsun to run the clinic alongside Kaan. Forced to co-manage the business, the idealistic country doctor and the self-absorbed city surgeon constantly clash, setting off a wave of comedic rivalry that eventually turns into a deep, passionate romance. Trivia: The show is an original romantic comedy produced by Gold Film and written by Ayşe Ünal Kutlu, the acclaimed screenwriter behind global hit rom-coms like "Knock on My Door" (Sen Çal Kapımı) and "Daydreamer" (Erkenci Kuş). The lead roles are portrayed by Cemre Baysel and Burak Çelik. Cemre Baysel, a recipient of the prestigious Golden Butterfly Award (Altın Kelebek) "Shining Star" category, solidified her reputation as a leading queen of Turkish romantic comedies with her energetic performance. The series enjoyed significant international success, selling to numerous territories across Latin America, Southern Europe, and the Middle East.
