Crash

The story kicks off with a massive, violent car accident involving four vehicles at a single intersection. This crash is not a mere coincidence, but a fateful event that intertwines the lives of four completely different individuals forever. Kadir Adalı is a brilliant, fearless police commissioner heading Istanbul's counter-terrorism unit. After losing his beloved wife and young daughter in a brutal terrorist bombing at a football stadium, Kadir loses his will to live and deliberately causes the car crash in an attempt to end his misery. Zeynep Tunç is a successful bank manager who grew up in an orphanage alongside Kadir, where they were once childhood sweethearts. Her seemingly orderly life is shattered when her corrupt husband gets involved with the mafia, leading a ruthless crime boss named Veli Cevher to kidnap her young daughter as leverage. Zeynep embezzles funds from her own bank to pay the ransom and drives frantically into the night to rescue her child. Cemre Gür is a wealthy young attorney, the heiress to a powerful law firm, who feels isolated despite her high-society privilege. Kerem Korkmaz is a working-class young man with a criminal record who, desperate to pay off his father's debts, gets pressured into a home burglary that goes terribly wrong. The house belongs to Cemre, and after accidentally wounding her, Kerem flees the scene in a panic. The literal and metaphorical collision of these four souls forces Kadir back into action to help Zeynep, triggers an unlikely romance between Kerem and Cemre, and unleashes a dangerous war against Veli Cevher, revealing deep-rooted secrets from their pasts.
